Effective 5 September 2026. These terms are between you and SmartrixLabs ("we") and govern your use of freewebtoapp.com and the software that runs in your browser when you use it.
1. What we provide
Free, browser-based tools that generate web app files (manifest, service worker, offline page, icons), Android application packages, and marketing assets, together with written guides. The tools run on your device; we do not host, sign on your behalf, or publish anything for you.
2. What you own
You own everything you generate. We claim no rights in your URL, brand, icons, screenshots, or the files produced from them, and we place no attribution, watermark or licence condition on the output. You are responsible for holding the rights to any material you feed into the tools.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the tools to package websites you do not own or lack permission to distribute, to produce apps that impersonate another party, to distribute malware, or to build anything that violates the law or the policies of the store you publish to. You agree not to interfere with the website's operation or attempt to extract the builder's protected build assets for redistribution.
4. App store compliance is yours
Publishing to Google Play or any other store is subject to that store's agreements and policies. Our guides describe those policies as we understand them at the date shown, but we do not guarantee acceptance, and decisions by Google or Apple are outside our control.
5. No warranty
The tools and guides are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Browser and platform behaviour change; test what you generate before you rely on it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartrixLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the website or anything generated with it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which is zero.
7. Advertising
The website displays third-party advertising. Advertisers are responsible for their own content and offers; we do not endorse them.
8. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where SmartrixLabs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
