- Your website URL — most problems are specific to how a site is hosted.
- Which builder or tool you used and the options you chose (for the PWA builder, the caching mode).
- The browser and device where the problem shows up, e.g. "Chrome on a Pixel 7" or "Safari on iOS 17".
- What you expected and what happened, with a screenshot if it is visual.

- Changes to your website's own code or hosting configuration beyond what the guides cover
- Disputes with Google Play or Apple about your account
