The short version
- The builders and tools run in your browser. Your website URL, icons, screenshots and generated files are processed in memory on your device and are not sent to us.
- We have no user accounts and collect no names, emails or passwords through this website.
- The website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and shows advertising served by Google AdSense. Both set cookies.
- You can email us and we will keep that email to answer you.
Files you process with our tools
The PWA builder, Android app builder and every asset tool operate entirely client-side using JavaScript and WebAssembly loaded from this domain. The inputs you provide — URLs, app names, colours, icon and screenshot images, OneSignal or Analytics identifiers — are held in your browser tab's memory and written into the files you download. We do not receive, store or log them. One exception you control: the Android builder offers an optional email field to send yourself a backup copy of the generated files; if you use it, the address and the files pass through our email provider for delivery and are not retained afterwards.
Information collected automatically
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security and reliability, retained for a limited period under their policies.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure which pages are read and how visitors arrive. It sets first-party cookies and collects usage data associated with a pseudonymous identifier. IP addresses are not stored by GA4. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
Advertising. This website is funded by display advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure them. You can manage personalised advertising at Google's Ads Settings and learn how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalised ads are served.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. Cookies present on this site come from Google Analytics (measurement) and Google AdSense (advertising, consent state). Blocking them in your browser does not affect the builders or tools.
If you write to helpdesk.smartrixlabs@gmail.com we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the matter recurs. We do not add you to any list.
Third parties
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and, on tool pages, libraries from cdnjs.cloudflare.com; those requests disclose your IP address to the provider. Optional integrations you configure in the builders (OneSignal, Google Analytics for your app, Tawk.to) are governed by those companies' policies and only affect the app you build, not this website.
Children
This website is for people who run websites and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to processing. Because we hold almost nothing about you, the practical step is to email us with your request; for data held by Google, use Google's own controls linked above.
Changes
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
